I’ll be honest, I can see how people may depict their first impressions here as a nightmare but they are harmless. Honestly they helped me out of a jam and although it took over a hour to change a tire, meow meow their receptionist kept me company. Not sure much about what the situation was there but she was a sweetheart. The lead mechanic, Cracker Jack Joe, kept loosing the tire he was supposed to put on my rim (it was right next to him) but it was comical. At 3am there’s nothing better to lighten a situation than watching these two in action do gymnastics jumping over the piles of tires like 2 kids in the McDonald’s ball pen. Cracker Jack tried charging an extra $10 to take my blown out tire and another $10 to switch my front tire to the back (fwd drive train) then tried charging $10 more then the Original agreed price, but he honored it after a lil back and forth. Honestly greatful for this dynamic duo.

It was late evening and I had a nail in my tire, PSI was at a 24 and this place was open 24 hrs. Upon arrival my first impression was, "woah" what a dump. A female approached me (she was nice) and assisted me on where to park. She had gotten the worker for me, a tall slender male (who looked high as a kite). He took my tire off and took it inside to patch it. He charged me $40 and said, "cash or cash app only"...I only had $35 & he said it was fine. He took it and put it in his pocket. When I left, I notice my tire pressure was at a 27. For the price I thought he would at least fill it to standard. This morning I took it to Economy Tire in, Naugatuck. They said my tire was plugged not patched, and for FREE, fixed it. Economy said they do patches for $31. What a rip off this 24hr place was. How is this place even a legit establishment?

I usually never write reviews but Samuel went above and beyond to help me when I was stranded in New Haven and my eta for a tow truck through my insurance was over 4 hours! I popped my tire and didn’t have a spare and everywhere nearby was closed so I found Inflate Tires Mobile on Google and just called and explained my situation and Samuel offered to come from Waterbury all the way to New Haven in the middle of the night to change my tire for me. He offered me a very affordable price and was so helpful in this stressful situation. I am so grateful for his kindness! He’s earned a forever customer in me. I’ve been telling everyone I know about the wonderful experience I had. Thank you again Samuel for everything!!!

God sent! Got a flat on the highway traveling & found his shop was open 24 hours, thank God.. switched my tire out decent price… 🙏don’t over analyze the other reviews some people just got a chip on their shoulders. Very professional got us back up and running…

They were changing my brakes and forgot to put my caliber and one brake back on. I crashed when my brakes gave out and they still harassed me for more money NEVER AGAIN
